We do not offer refunds on any purchases made through Caldes.in. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it is considered final.

🔁 Returns for Manufacturing Defects Only

We accept returns only in the case of genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

• Torn or damaged leather upon delivery

• Faulty stitching or hardware

• Incorrect product received

To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the defect

• Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.
